Some historical landmarks ...
Established on November 17, 1976, the association was part of the continuation of the relationship created by the initial Twinning Charter between the municipalities of Sézanne, Mondement and Holbeach. Its aim is to strengthen the bonds of friendship between France and England by encouraging meetings and events of a cultural, sports and other nature. Today, it perpetuates this wish for a better mutual understanding by organising meetings in France with the English partners and travels in England for the French. |

It is made up of members who meet each year at an General Assembly. They elect the Board of Directors, which includes at least one chairman, one treasurer and one secretary. The board of directors constitutes a force of proposal and executes the decisions of the General Assembly. Is a member any who has paid his annual membership fee. The quality of member is necessary to take part in the activities of the association, especially travel to England. For information, the amount of the contribution for the year 2017 was set at 15 euros for adults and 7 euros for young people under 18 years of age. In 2021, there were 44 registred members.
